Power of Natyam offers Bharatha Natyam Inspired Fitness Classes for all ages.

Dancing enhances physical and mental health.  It helps prevent falls and improves posture. It's also a fun activity that sharpens the mind, bolsters aerobic power and builds social bonds.

Join a group virtually based on your fitness level and experience

Low-moderate impact workout  

Classes to resume in the Fall

For people with no dance experience and of any fitness level

Higher impact workout  

Sundays 10:30 am EST

For dancers with at least an intermediate level of previous dance training
